@kdfrawg Oh. The worst, "I take back being irritated by a missed appointment", moment was with the guy who used to do my insurance. He had heart attack and passed away in his office. Was there for an entire day before someone discovered him. Poor guy. :(

@kdfrawg When it's expected it doesn't phase me much. When it's to someone young, that's when it hits me hard.
