@kdfrawg I made it 50 plus years so I have that going for me at least. Put up the good fight.
@kdfrawg It is. It's disheartening. "I'm not going to let this happen to me" Brush after every meal, yadda yadda yadda. They fall out one by one anyway.
@kdfrawg It never really mattered with my grandmother's branch of the family. It's maddening. My grandfather's branch? Never a problem…just colon cancer. I'll take this.
I think talking a first generation immigrant with a strong accent and limited English through compiling and installing a kernel module has earned me the rest of the day off.
Too bad the rest of the world does not agree :(
@kdfrawg So frustrating to be super anal retentive and meticulous taking care of my teeth (just like my mom did) only to have them fall out anyway. Never a cavity or anything.
@kdfrawg I hope the receeding gum thing is the only genetic landmine I inherited. Te other one is colon cancer.
Making appointment to be poked, prodded and crammed full of dental implants. I will be off social media for quite some time afterwards as a public service.
There's something to be said for a stiff shot of whiskey and a solid yank of an offending tooth. It's not repeatable in polite company though.
