@kdfrawg I always wondered why he (and they) fizzled out. He had a tremendous voice. Mom used to play their "Incredible" album constantly.
Rare political thought:
There's an evil part of me that wants to track down those PizzaGate clowns and give them Gary Puckett albums.
If that makes no sense to you, that's okay because you have to be eligible for AARP to remember Gary Puckett.
@kdfrawg The way I look at it, death is going to have to earn my scalp. I'm not lying down for it. Nor am I fearing it. It's going to have to take me when I have nothing left to fight with.
@kdfrawg My unnatural occurrences were more along the lines of, "Let's take it outside". I'm glad I outgrew that.
@kdfrawg See. That is the way to do it. Die doing what you do - not wasting away in a bed and pumped full of drugs and false hopes.
@kdfrawg I was lucky to maintain my choppers when unnatural causes occurred in my wilder days :)
@kdfrawg Kind of a no brainer. I will say, I would like to pass the way my great grandfather did. He was diagnosed with a recurrence. Didn;t even bother telling the rest of the family. Said screw it and lived another seven years. At 94, he had finished mowing nine acres and clearing an embankment with a scythe. Laid down on the bench seat of a early 50s olds he had on his porch and took a nap. Never woke up.
