Off to wash car, clean up the garage a bit, re-inflate my bike's tires since it has been sitting for almost five years. Put some bling on said bike as well.

Shopping excursion over with. Did something totally out of character. Bought lightweight shorts, shirts and a hat. Very stylish. Also bought a new bike helmet, decent running shoes, a phone holder for the bike, pens, legal pads, Ginko and St. Johns Wort tablets and a few other things.

My resting heart rate has gone from the low 80s to the mid 70s in the space of a week. My goal is the mid to upper 60s which is quite good for a 51 year old man who doesn't do a heck of a lot.

I just miss calling someone and having them take care of everything

Exercise ring on the Apple Watch could use some tweaking. Goes by maximum heart rate. Any interruption to exercise means a long ramp up before logging continues. Otherwise, the tracking is pretty accurate
