@phoneboy We all have what works for us, I guess. I just try to burn more than I take in when I want to lose. Back when I was into body building, I'd do 6000+ calories a day of high protein and carbs. (If I did that now I would become a dirigible)
I had a bad night tonight because we grilled out on the fourth. Two large burgers. Two hot dogs. A ton of potato and macaroni salad. Bad Tom. BAD TOM!
@matigo Black powder smoke in both instances so yes. Quite a few battles took place here. Lookout Mountain is less than 30 miles from my doorstep.
@matigo Now it is full scale explosions. I've not seen this many fireworks in years. I'm willing to bet that the entire southern end of the county is under smoke right now. Our neighborhood is covered in so much that it looks like one of the old English horror flicks.
