We all have what works for us, I guess. I just try to burn more than I take in when I want to lose. Back when I was into body building, I'd do 6000+ calories a day of high protein and carbs. (If I did that now I would become a dirigible)

I had a bad night tonight because we grilled out on the fourth. Two large burgers. Two hot dogs. A ton of potato and macaroni salad. Bad Tom. BAD TOM!
