I am cheering for the iOS X update to be as ugly and time consuming as possible.

If we charged by the hour, we'd be on the Fortune 500 list. Most of the actual software support I do is logging in remotely and fixing the problem myself. Here lately we've been beset with hardware and networking issues that technically we can say "Not out problem" to but we don't. A lot of customers have been with us for over 30 years and that comes with a lot of liberties. :)

Until teleportation becomes a thing, we're stuck with it. If teleportation does become a thing, it'll probably be taken over by Charter, AT&T and Comcast..Meaning I will continue using the phone.
