@kdfrawg That's my wife's department. My idea of a vacation is a dead cell phone battery. Once we reach a certain milestone at work, I intend to go to Europe or Asia for a few months with her.

@kdfrawg We went to Jekyll Island six years ago. Rented the presidential suite at the Jekyll Island Club hotel, met up with a cover artist we use. Had a good time apart from my being on the phone with customers constantly.
Also a long time employee who had recently retired had a fatal heart attack the first night. Was on the phone a lot over that too.
@kdfrawg For someone who's been in the industry since the late 1970s, he "gets" surprisingly little of what it is we do.
