Those sorts of one-click installs make me a nervous wreck. I really should have set it up on my home server and tested it before doing it on a hosted VM.

Live and learn.

@kdfrawg It was a webmin install script module that did the damage. Everything was symlinked together. The node_modules directories were all linked together. I don't have shell access to simply 'unlink' the stuff. Just a FTP prompt. Many gigs of node.js stuff puked out all over the place.

ghost install script made a shambles of my VM's directories and configuration. Redirecting gtwilson.net to the blog here. Been deleting directories and symlinks for the past hour. What a mess.

@kdfrawg They are. They spent 500.00 to have it shipped up.

"If you can hold off until Monday, it'll be 45.00"

YES.

Done.

@kdfrawg Kind of what I am thinking.

466.00 to ship 23 pounds to Florida overnight.

NOPE

They get it on Monday.

Their MSDOS days are firmly behind them.

I have another one I need to do this to soon.
