Cat's snoring is reminding me that I only slept one or two hours late yesterday evening. A nap sounds really good right now.

I'll mark the calendar

@kdfrawg I prefer to remain in the one that takes care of business and watches the other's backs when things get rough.

I have customers from all walks of life donating time, materials and themselves.

I, an atheist, am helping the Church of God and the Episcopalian church sidekick attends with their money and essentials drive.

That some refuse to drop their nonsense and do something that matters both astounds and disgusts me.

Slowly coming to grips with the fact that I'm going to have to go to Texas at some point after things calm down - Just like I did in New Orleans, Raceland and Metarie, LA after Katrina.

@kdfrawg There truly are two Americas at this point. One is rioting and calling everyone a Nazi and the other is taking off work and risking their property and necks to fish total strangers from flood waters.

Feeling a little nostalgic I guess.

A Louisiana customer rounded up what guys they had that owned flat bottomed boats and headed out to join "The Cajun Navy"

We have some damned good folks as customers.

I had an hour or two of sleep. Going to have to last me for a while since I have a HVAC guy coming to the house at 17:30.

Got a call on my way in from a customer in Houston.

His report: "I can see the roof of my building. Everything below it is screwed. Happy Tuesday!"

He at least got his important records and server out beforehand.

It's a slippery slope too few people seem to realize.
