Back in Black is something I play on repeat at the office a lot.

Yes and no. The no part being that you know you, as a friend and confidant, have to deal with the eventual fallout of the bad decision.

The worst part is that I am very selective about my friends and, thus, become very close to them. I cannot avoid shoulder duty.

Oddly, I discovered that the cat could not stomach Iron Maiden, however, it could snooze to Lard (Jello Biafra and members of Ministry).

The walls are shaking and the cat is looking at me like, "Dude! What is this sorcery?"

We're officially going into the 50s (f) tonight so it looks to be an early fall. Trees started turning two weeks ago. Earlier than I remember it ever happening here before.

Winter is going to be horrible (by southern standards)

I do so love being bombarded by text messages from a friend complaining about a divorce when our last non-stop text-a-thon was me telling her she was making a huge mistake marrying the loser.

Blaring Iron Maiden at the house since Sidekick is out of town with her Mom. Normally, it's blaring Gregorian chant or spa music. I feel like I am profaning something.

Fanstastic!

That is quite the difference/

The difference in economies between the two is night and day as well.
