@matigo Feel sorry for bands like that. Nearly every song, out of nowhere, becomes a single (and is played on AOR to this day - 30 plus years later). Where do you go from there? How do you top that?
@JeremyCherfas Muddy Waters is someone i've not listened to overly much beyond "Mannish Boy" and a few others. I do like him though.
We interrupt this comfortable evening at home to announce that the AC compressor just died.
Enjoyable evening spent in the garage. Also edged the drive and walkways while I was out there.
Now back in my Internet spaceship headed towards a mission goal. Also listening to the original BBC radio series of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.
@JeremyCherfas He was at the height of his powers in both respects on that recording.
This evening, I retire to my garage to do stuff and things. After dark, I go inside and extract the rugs in the kitchen and dining room.
We're spring cleaning but in the fall.
We used to have exciting weekends filled with debauchery but we got old.
Chilling to this as I patiently wait for 5:00PM so I can throw everyone out of here, lock up and enjoy the weekend.
