@larand I think the odds are good there are a ton of aftermarket "wires" being developed for those ear buds.
I really hate it when customers lie to me. Don't tell me, "I didn't make that adjustment" when the software leaves a detailed audit trail that tells me the account, time and originating machine of every single transaction.
