This was my daily post a few years ago but for .Net 2.0 Mobile.

Off in search of a shrubbery?

lol…That was definitely not aimed at anyone on here.

You, specifically, remind me of me. (I just don't commit the stream of consciousness to public memory) :D

The struggle to understand the fixation with the royals is one I will never get past. Correct me if I am wrong but are they not on a platinum card version of the public dole and exist only to attend charities and ship launchings when they aren't reproducing?

I can understand the concept of holding on to tradition and history but it'd be cheaper to go Disney's route and use animatronics like they did with The Hall of Presidents.

This will probably offend someone but I am going to click 'send' anyway.

Spending some time this evening going over months old nuggets in some projects I used to follow.

I have never felt more strongly that some(okay many) developers would be better served by deleting their social media accounts.

They spend more time shooting themselves foot, holding it and screaming at everyone else that they meant to do it than they do writing code.

Tech circles were never known for their social graces, I know, but a new layer of toxic, self righteous immaturity has been added to the mix.

So off-putting.

When are the adults coming back or are they gone for good?

No need for that. I'm immune to random asides.

For me, its like being at home. Sidekick peppers me with random asides non-stop.

You know you neglect your email inbox when you find inquiries from Sun Microsystems circa 2006

Lest you think I was joking or hallucinating.
