I think I need to bury what little optimism I had and accept that I am not going to get a lot done today.
Thankfully, most of my notes are on paper now. That was a good move, if I say so myself.

@larand Mine is being in a constant war zone with the ultra liberals I used to hang with in the early 90s and the ultra conservatives that I grew up with and am surrounded by.
Both seem hell-bent on currying my favor and I have no clue why. I tell both sides they are idiots and to stop bothering me. They persist.

@larand It's pointless to in this climate. Mostly because people are so prone to taking offense that it's nothing more than background noise now.
I've pretty much closed all avenues of communication to/from folks who revel in it.
@streakmachine I'm not about to tell anyone what they should or should not do. I will say that I have had zero regrets deleting those sorts of accounts.
10c, pnut and mastodon are all I need at this point. Those and my private OpenFire server for close friends.
Might be moving to fiber quicker than anticipated.
