I know how crazy this sounds but there will always be a part of me that is uneasy with garbage collection. It just feels..decadent.
@matigo Maybe you've reached the place where I've been. Buried so deep in it you lose sight. Sometimes doing something totally unrelated makes the answer appear out of the corner of your eye unexpectedly.
Really digging the changes to C# 6. I've been trapped on C# 2.0 for a long time. Been spending this evening porting some in house stuff.
@skematica It's a prelude to abandoning Macs as my primary laptop. I just have this nagging feeling they are going to go in a direction that I find unpalatable.
Here I am. Putting the Macbook aside and using Ubuntu for the evening. Tempting fate. Touching the hot stove. Daring it to burn me.
I'm going to up the ante and move a silly little side thing for Android over to Android Studio under Ubuntu.
That should wake the demon.
