I wish they still made movies like that. And, no, I don't mean "Re-imagined remakes" of those movies. That stuff is tripe.

Movies with a strong but subtle plot. Great acting. Not treating the audience like five year olds and over-explaining everything.

Today's movies are too influenced by bean-counters and metrics. Not enough 'art'.
