@matigo Staying at home and hacking on interesting things sounds like a distant dream.
@JeremyCherfas Mine is just giving the finger to mother nature as she is making it vanish anyway. Actually, I did it on a whim in 2000 and found I really liked it this short. I like it shaved entirely as well but it's a bit too much work.

@matigo I'd go Ubuntu with a Windows VM. Especially with the horsepower of the machine. Best of both worlds.
@matigo I walk fifteen or twenty steps for a haircut. Now have a new trimmer with built-in vacuum so the hair doesn't go anywhere! Yay! 1/8th inch buzzcut in roughly two minutes.

@larand That's horrible. Since I left Twitter, he's fallen off my radar, if you could convey condolences and let him know he's in my thoughts, I'd appreciate it.
@ukhaiku I can't think of a time I RT'd something on here, pnut or app.net (on purpose). Twitter, I vanished from a while back.
Earlier, on my way to pick up my pizza, "Changes" from Yes's 90125 album was playing on the radio. Just found it unusual because they almost never played that song when the album was current. Too bad they never played the Cinema instrumental before "Leave It" either. Those two songs fit together.
@sumudu Yes. Been doing that ever since PalmOS was the hot new thing. :)
I'll take paper.
@sumudu A variety of reasons.
- I tend to think things through a bit more clearly when slowed by writing it out.
- I don't worry about the pen and paper I am using being desupported and rendered useless when I need to look at it in the far future.
- My job makes me a slave to devices already. I like my non work time to be as free of them as possible.
