Taking issue with the aging process this morning. I've gone from grabbing a hay bail with each hand and flinging them onto a trailer for hours on end without being winded to walking like a zombie the day after my little bit of yard work yesterday.

Looking forward to a relaxing, cool evening with family. We've been rather unsocial due to our workloads and we decided to put a stop to it and get our priorities straight. :)

75f (25c) for the high today. Nice. Rain, though. Cookout planned. Thankfully we have a large, covered patio area to do it in.

I just sit back in my chair, kick my legs up on the glasstop cart the Mac is on and decompress.

I think, rather than insomnia, I suffer from a love of dead silent houses.

We timestamp every single transaction. I can tell them who mis-posted. On what machine they were using. The exact date and time.

They still tell me, "Why….I didn't do that"

I wish I hadn't gotten rid of ours. Could have used it in the garage.

200 feet of garden hose wound up. Empty pallets from the straw and raised bed soil relocated. Area enjoyed with sidekick briefly. Now to go back out, grab the grates from the smoker so they can be cleaned off as we are having a BBQ tomorrow night.

I knew you was good people.

It's how I got reacquainted with vi. Up until 2000, I used emacs almost exclusively. Then, reasons forgotten, I no longer had it for a day. Loaded vim. The muscle memory from the university took over and I never looked back.
