Guy in pickup speeds up to prevent a woman in a mini van from merging before the right lane ends. Instantly slows down to 45-50 in a 55 zone as soon as she is prevented from merging in front of him. Passing is impossible due to traffic. 11 miles later she finally turns off. He then slows down and speeds up constantly to annoy me. Even tried to go so far as speeding up to 70+ when the first long straight stretch with no opposing traffic was encountered. Just to be a jerk.
Why would a total stranger go so far out of his way to annoy other total strangers? I just don't get it.
